@thesequelseries: Recall update 💪🏼 At 5 months old this is what recall looks like at the moment. We practice a couple of times a day, every day, and by a couple of times I mean every time he goes further than the circle I want him at of diameter around from me. He mostly stays in that circle, choosing to checking in before he gets there, but if not I recall 🩵 I still pay every recall and every check in, with food, toy play or both 🩵 He loves the game of recall 💙 Whistle and lanyard from @Paws@Brooklyn Gundog Supplies #recalltraining #recall #dogrecall #dogrecalltraining #DogTraining #positivereinforcementdogtraining #dogmum #dogblog #doghappy #puppytraining #puppyrecall #puppiesoftiktok #puppies #spaniel #gundog #gundogpuppy #gundogsofinstagram
This takes such hard work and time put in! Amazing 🫶🏼🥹

what food do you feed your dog and or treat food please? we have a 16 month sprocker he was so good before a doberman had his head in its mouth. my dog was on a lead leaving the field and the doberman was not and had no recall all I could do was scream to distract the other dog since then my dog has really bad anxiety resource guarding pulls on the leash. he was well trained from 8 weeks but I can't seem to get him back to the good place .

Training my 12 week old recall properly now on walks, I wondered when you started to introduce the whistle? I’m keen to get her whistle trained

Please can you share what resources you used to train this? We get our pup in 2 weeks and I’m hoping to whistle train him. And hopefully train my 4yo staff along side him x

Got a 10 week old springer pup and this is exactly how I want her, how early did you start with the whistle? I wasn’t gonna touch it until shes 6 month.

Fabulous 🥰It’s amazing how many owners just don’t think that they need to teach this or wait until they aren’t puppies before they do! I love the *slightly* wider turning circle of the older dog 🤣
