What was the growth medium? NA? A blood agar? SOA? 1-2% of bacteria can be cultured due to limitations in medium, so perhaps it’s the wrong agar or broth. Not to mention viruses in drop nucleus on these surfaces!!

You can conclude that the places you swabbed on the tram, at the time you swabbed them, were relatively clean. Thats all you can conclude from this single test.
