We are required to leave an hour early or earlier depending on how afar away first job is from home unpaid to get to our first job at 8am.

I have a question. If your job makes you be on call 1 weekend a month. If we don't get called out we only get $35. If we do we get an hourly wage. Is that legal. $35 dollars isn't enough to miss out on family functions or family time. How is this legal

if clock in time is at 8:00am I should be there by 8:00am, if the closing time is 4:00pm I should be clocked out at 4:00pm. Companies don't follow this.

Positive Acheivement changes all the paperwork on hours before turning it into the state I can’t believe I worked 7 straight days for 5 hrs a day well they never called me and told me I could only work for my client a total of 25 hrs a week so they just changed my hrs for 2.5 hrs a day that’s wrong

What if your scheduled to leave a store at 9, but they dont let anyone leave til everyone leaves at once. Say, 9:30, an extra half hour.
