Cops need Probable Cause to search anyone outside the scope of the initial stop. He was right the cops scope stops at the drive. Unlawful search that did not Identify him.

Therefore, if there was a legal reason for them to identify the passenger or anybody else in the car, then yes, they can the otherwise they can’t really tell you to show your license or anything or you were suspicious of a crime. That’s the only way they can identify somebody else in the car.

lol so a clip that’s cut and edited and people still getting upset as if they didn’t do this on purpose to get a reaction. You don’t need to be the driver when a cop ask for ID. If they have pc such as not wearing a seatbelt, they can ask for ID and you need to give it to them lol
