dont listen to these gutter guys. your house is a low point so water will collect there. 2 easiest ways is French drain, or landscaping so that your house wont be the lowest point. lowering your yard will allow drainage. French drain will also help a bit until its clogged. if people are wanting to call bs to me, I own 50+ homes

You need to get a gutter hose. Extend them so the water goes away from your foundation

Gutters are failing. See what size they are. If they are 2x3, replace asap with 3x4. If they are 3x4, Next check if downspouts are clogged or any area of gutters are clogged and check if gutters are in good condition. If no clogs and this is still happening, you need new gutters.

water should not run down your windows like that, fix gutters and make sure you don't have any water damage/mold around your inside window frame

Build up the grading around your house and taper it away from the foundation. Fix and clean your gutters and extend downspouts away from the house.
