How is your thin set not surface dry when you take that long I don’t get it. I could never do a whole wall like that and not have therhinset surface dry

Not bashing your work at all buddy.i honestly think you layed it very well.just an advice next time.i would just go to edge of cabinet instead of going to edge of granite.(just my opinion) for one you don’t have the little schluter peice at top,and if homeowner wanted it like that make it a full tile up top.so basically a notch.other that man i think you do good work!
