Some of these ppl in the comments saying “omg I might have POTS…” NEEDS to get it diagnosed. I have POTS and it affects my life so horribly that sometimes I can’t even get up in the morning. If this really affects you please get it checked out. Some schools can take you out of P.E (or other special treatment like eating in class) and it helps a lot. Please check in with your doctor :D

POTS person here! some of us also have blood pooling because our like autonomic nervous system doesn't push our blood back up as the gravity pulls it down, which messes with our blood volume and causes a lot of these symptoms including heart rate shooting up 40 bpm or over. highest heart rate I have ever had was 173. I was just standing.

I was thinking i may have POTS, but maybe not as severe or just not at all, i’ll look into it but whenever i stand up, im dizzy and it’s hard to walk, and if i stand up fast im dizzy and my vision is sparkly/static-y and i have to stay still and lean on something or i’ll collapse
