@alexskitchenbangers: Katsu Chicken Sandwich 😍 Another favourite from my cookbook “Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers” originally with fish fingers but swapped to chicken as my OH isn’t a fan 🥲 I subbed for 2 x 110g chicken breast fillets and used the ginger, garlic and soy with egg to dip the chicken into before the curry breadcrumbs. Served with the lemon mayo still and the quick homemade katsu sauce. Air fried at 190 degrees celsius for 17 minutes.
