The leap from using a beginner racquet to a pro racquet was way bigger than what I was expecting even tho I use a Head Speed MP because I don't want to kill my elbow

it's not that a "pro" racquet is too good for you, it's just takes some adjustment and probably made you more aware of your faults and forced you to improve quicker

modern "pro" rackets, are generally just endorsed and not actual pro rackets. They are lighter and easier to use than in the past and stringing at low tension/thin gauge can add power to a control frame. Still would recommend 100" frame for intermediates eg pure drive or ezone 100

Try pure strike 98 18x20. Very beginner friendly. If it’s too much you can try head prestige for absolute comfort

Decathlon offers rackets that are standard in size and weight but won’t break your bank. To those still using a beginner racket and are planning to upgrade. Get from Decathlon.
