@octaviatrades: It might not make sense at first that I went through such a tough time psychologically since I ended the month green. But the more you trade, the more you'll come to realize that a green month with a declining mindset is actually more dangerous than a red month with a solid mindset. When your mental game is off, even winning can feel heavy because it can mess with your discipline and confidence and most importantly, your decision-making.
