If you had an actual tungsten grinder you'd be done by the time you finished messing with the torch. Also hope you don't ever want to change the angle of the tip.

You might make fun of me but, I bought a cheap drill doctor and drilled holes of different sizes in the plastic housing at different angles and use that to sharpen my tungsten lol

Chem sharp is the best when you have to worry about impurities getting stuck to hot tungsten.

it's a mixture of potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate and sodium hydroxide. the powerful oxidation removes the tungsten material, essentially eating it away.
