Pffft.. amateur! I have to do load in at 6am, setup, sound check, run the show then load out and then unload it at base. 32 hour stint without sleep isn’t uncommon - food? You’re joking right.

Did a set once where load out for a show ended at 3 AM and call for the next day was 7 AM. I usually take the bus. I slept in the theatre.
