do light exercise to burn off all toxins the kidney usually filter. you can feel the toxins as it escape through sweat and burn the eye then subdues. while doing that exercise sip water, I do up to 3 liters per hour which will give the kidney a good holiday or hours. exercise after the last meal or the last toxin intake
