Just started watching all these and wanted to say, dollar tree always has freeze dried apples in the snack aisle too. I feel like that would be fun to use!

What I would've done is just stir-fry the canned salmon with onions (A fan favourite of mine for lazy dinners!) then just added the pickled jalepenos afterwards. The fried rice is a good! Just would've fried it with worcestershire sauce and garlic (Adjustments to be made since idk what the sauce tastes like) Saw a comment about frozen apples so it would've been good to fry it with the rice but otherwise, I would just use the apple sauce as a side (that's as far as my creativity goes)

I feel like you could have made a salmon meatball and used the apple sauce sauce in it with some breadcrumbs. Lots of vegan people replace egg with apple sauce in some recipes. I think plating the salmon balls over the quinoa, but put the jalapeños in the quinoa would be a good way to do this

You could eventually do a series on revisiting the meals that were under 5/10. Also, when doing specific cuisine or take on a classic, showing 1-2 recipes you got inspiration from and what substitutions you made to fit the dice rolls would be very interesting. I don’t think the general goal of the series is to roll for something stupid, but to challenge yourself and come up with creative ideas. Love the content so far!
