as embarrassing for him it may have been, if the safety device over the shoulder didn't lock, he should have been removed from the ride. it locks for a reason.

So because the 14 year old was morbidly obese and ignored the fact he couldn’t safely fit on the ride. This family gets 300 million. The mom is right she robbed him by not holding him accountable to his food and exercise choices.
