Every single shift 😭 always come in the last 20mins till closing. Luckily my manager don’t care he cuts the music off dims the lights lets them know we closing 😂😂😂

No like, they all come like a pack of wolves with their massive trolleys and completely hogging the space. And with their three jumpy children. On top of that they ask “you’re nearly finished haven’t you 😁😁😁😁”. Or one elderly person will come and be like “teach me how to use the self-scan?????? 🤬🤬🤬🤬

It was 30 minutes until closing. I was beginning to pre-close a bit cause no one was there. five minutes later, OVER TWENTY PEOPLE WALKED IN. AND STAYED UNTIL WE CLOSED.

i give customers a ten minute warning. not a reminder, a warning. hey we close in 10 minutes. hit half the lights and lock the doors right at midnight. we’ll open the doors for them to leave but NO ONE else is coming in😭
