have the same stove. right dial is for temp control. low bake is lower heating element (traditional oven). high bake is both top and bottom elements. broil is top only. convection circulates air

High bake is preheat and when the light goes off u need to turn it to low bake.

I have your identical oven! An entire year of the SAME issues, it never bakes right. Either takes extra time undercooked or burns. I have to rotate and turn whatever is in the oven to bake evenly.

Does it have a convection fan button? Turn that on so it circulates the heat. Also reccomend getting an oven thermometer on amazon to put in there so you have accurate readings. I have a stove like this where theres no digital readings.

I use high bake all the time . For bread I make sure to heat the oven with the pot in it for at least an hour for it to work out
