Every time I get a “violation” I overwhelm their system with maintenance requests for EVERY little thing I can find…they never fix anything, proving it’s just a money grab” but my “violation” magically goes away 🤷♂️it’s a hate hate relationship.

HOAs should be illegal in single family dwelling neighborhoods. I understand condos when the structure is more than one and everyone has to chip in for repairs and such. But even those should be heavily regulated.

They sent us a notice for a single dead palm frond. I sent them back over a dozen pictures of palm trees with a bunch of dead fronds under HOA maintenance. Two can play at that game and now they have to spend a bunch of money.
