Ok, you’re gonna think I’m crazy, but put coffee in your shampoo bottle. Yes, literal coffee granules, like from instant coffee! My mum was diagnosed with a thyroid issue and was loosing heaps of hair and was told to add coffee to her shampoo and it’s started to grow back. She has heaps of new hair growth. I can’t explain it! 🤯

Gem under arm spray is fabulous! Still smell it later on too. I recently got a sugar flavoured one (can’t remember the exact smell) but it was so nice

Get a dermaplaning blade, no need for shaving cream and it gets the dead skin also.

I just had a sudden thought, although I’m sure you know, but in case you don’t know, don’t try minoxidil if you have cats. It’s fatally toxic for them 🐱
