As a born and raised Texan I think very highly of Texas State Troopers. But after watching as many PIT videos I have, all I can say is Don't run from Georgia or Arkansas State Troopers.

I was law enforcement and from Arkansas where they are really getting boxers over doing these pit maneuvers. Don't get me wrong, I think it should go on a pursuit by pursuit scenario, sometimes the chase not including the pit puts the general public in more danger than the person being pursued. As I said a case by case basis, but in Arkansas it is at each Troopers discretion, sometimes cooler heads prevail. We were always told you can outrun the unit but not the radio. While I support law enforcement 100%, Im not completely sold on almost 70% of pursuits ending in a pit. Don't come at me unless you've been in the situation from a pice officers point. Just thinking of safety of innocent bystanders. Thanks for reading

I live in Georgia and we all know you don’t mess with the GSP . They don’t play they enjoy the chase and will pit you quickly . Just don’t run from them because they will catch you. And it usually doesn’t turn out good for you.
