Thank you so much for being real with the baking time. So many say far less times which means you keep pulling out a super hot dish to find hard rice!! This time is far more accurate!!

Made this to recipe pretty much. Going to do this again but modifying more to my taste. Adding tomato paste also with 2 packs of taco mix and another 250 of veg stock on top. More sauce like taco meat has. Brilliant idea as a starting point though.
