The large one isn’t practical. It should be a drawer but instead it’s a lid. For it to actually save space you need to stack which means you have to take everything out to get it. Poor design.

You can also put them in a cup with about 1-2 inches of water and leave them on the counter. cut when needed, replace water every 1-3days and they keep growing! And they never get soft!

Put the scallions with roots attached in some water to keep them growing. I planted mine in the garden and they are HUGE now.
