Yeah it's one thing to tell yall at the gate there was a pilot issue and you'll have to wait to board. Like it sucks but fine. But boarding you and he's not even in the terminal? That sounds insane.

I really think that should be illegal- because as a passenger in so uncomfortable waiting on the plane I’d actually prefer to reschedule . They shouldn’t be allowed to keep you on the plane against your will . I’m so sick of air travel lately .

I feel bad for the pilot, imagine landing to have to rush to another plane re-focus on the new flight plan and do flight check list all while knowing everyone is waiting on you. shame on this airline for treating their employees and passengers like this.

I am tired of this! How can this keep happening? I want to travel more, but it is getting so uncomfortable and dirty. Even if you can afford first class, you’ll still be stuck on a hot plane and not able to use the bathroom!
