A photon is a tiny packet of energy emitted from an atom. When electrons inside the atom drop orbit that's when the photon is emitted. They don't experience time because it exists at every point of its journey from A to B.

Bashar describes reality as the projection of a single particle, what he calls the “Prime Radiant.” This particle exists outside space and time. It doesn’t travel through the universe.
