Hello fellow injector and I say this respectfully and with true passion to learn from others, but the area below the DAO that you injected and wasn’t sure if that was still part of the DAO I generally just do 2–3 units to the DAO‘s and then two separate units of neurotoxin to the chin area But I noticed you marked what looks like the lower portion of the DAO as well. Is that accurate? Does that hold the muscle from pulling down as quickly? As what I’ve noticed is when I inject the DAO area it last maybe 2 to 3 months a little bit less Than other muscles as I do get that it is a smaller muscle and it’s not a large dose, but I would love to know your thoughts thank you.

Question. How would you get treat a deep horizontal crease between the lower lip and chin? I have a pretty decent scar from an injury over 40 years ago.
