@sugarspiceddreams: chocolate chip banana bread muffins :3 these were SO fluffy. my fav easy recipe: 2 overripe bananas ( mashed ) ⅓ cup melted butter (75g) ½ cup granulated sugar (100g) ¼ cup brown sugar (50g) 2 large eggs (100g) ½ cup buttermilk (120g) 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract (7g) 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (190g) 1 tsp baking soda (5g) ½ tsp baking powder (2g) ½ tsp salt (3g) ½ tsp cinnamon (optional) (1g) & chocolate chips ( measure with your heart idk ) mash your bananas & add in your melted butter (make sure it’s not too hot) & add in your sugars and mix until combined, then add in your eggs, vanilla & buttermilk. after mixing gently fold in your dry ingredients ( don’t overmix this keeps the muffins fluffy ) then gently fold in your choc chips. fill your muffin cups like 3/4 the way that way it helps shape the tops into a bakery dome shape. bake at 400•F for 5 mins then turn the temperature down to 350•F for 15-20 minutes( or until a toothpick comes out clean ! ) let cool before serving & enjoy! :) #chocolatechip #bananabread #muffins #EasyRecipe #baking

normalize banana chip muffins, I HATE nuts, the food and the part of a human body. You can use whatever chip you want (if you use potato it would be a crime) but chocolate will be most common ofc

I did make this recipe, but as a loaf. It is definitely a keeper. I would just advise adding the chocolate chips to the top at the end. I added them and mixed them in and they all fell to the bottom.
