They sent me my engraved bracelet with the date back to front… it looked like a barcode 😂 their customer service was awful until a manager got involved but it took a while and ruined my first experience of having my first bit of jewellery from them! They also said it was due to an online error (they still haven’t fixed it) ! Hope they sort it for you 🤍

I had a delivery with an empty box in it! The earrings I've ordered were missing! Never ordered from this company again 🙏

I’m so surprised I’ve always had such good experience with their customer service - so sorry this happened! Surely the ring should have been covered by the warranty, I think it’s 5 years? I hope you just had a faulty ring as I’ve had many GV pieces from them and I’m yet to have any problems! Really hope you get it sorted and perhaps get a replacement ring instead of the bracelet!♥️♥️
