I had Restless Leg Syndrome in the worst way. After unrelated lab work, we found my iron levels were low again a d i needed an iron infusion. A week or so afterwards I realized that my RLS was gone. at my follow-up I mentioned this to him. sure enough that is one of the "symptoms" of low iron.

I was taking Benadryl for post nasal drip at night. Had to stop taking Benadryl as it made my restless leg symptoms worse.

can this be caused by a knee injury affecting quads?? (Quads isnt firing properly) I only get them in my left and it goes from my quad down to my knee but it’s so uncomfortable and is like my leg fell asleep but no tingles just tightening every second

I get it every time I overdo it during the day. The only thing that will help is moving or if I catch it early and hurry up and lay down

Hi could you Please tell me what to do , I had foot surgery a couple of years ago now every now and then I ache badly ! The pain has grown worse over the last 3 months but I thought maybe it was my job ( I walk a lot) it has now shot up my leg and my entire leg and foot hurts it keeps me up at night mst times I can’t feel my toes the pain in my leg is worse than the foot itself ! Should I go to the ER or just go to the doctor for them to look at it ?
