They absolutely do have the scan kiosk at ICN before entering security and after where you get your refund also has the kiosks for those who forgot to do it.

when i went and tried to do it, some of my recipes didn't get scanned normally, like some error or sth. And when I saw the total it was basically nothing, even tho I did a lot of shopping😀

1. tax refund at airport mean that you go back with won so if you don't plan to re-visit S.Korea is not useless... 2. tax refund mean that you must pay tax at your mother country except you hide it and take the risk
