lol city of Joburg decided to bill me for 2600 units instead of 600 Units. they tell everyone to pay while they investigate. the whole area overcharged by 1000-2000 units

Now we pay for every flush,which is absolutely ridiculous. We have stopped using the pool cleaner,washing machine, turn off geyser and hardly do ironing,my bill averages R8800 a month,with a family of 3 plus the caregiver.
