This is in natural light. No makeup just spf. What is it?? I was told acne rosacea but nothing is touching it. Triple cream with 15% AA, metrodonizole 1% and ivermectin 1% nothing, sulfur washes, vanicream everything, I switched all my makeup, I wear spf every day! Didn’t pop up until about a year after I used dupixent. Then started popping up after every injection worse and worse until I had to just stop the injections.

I switched my expensive skin care to this exact foot cream, silver gel, and vasaline and my skin is absolutely perfect and best it’s been in years!! I look like I’m wearing a filter but it’s just from using a foot cream and silver gel! I don’t use reg face lotion anymore!
