I would love to be educated but why is it that OHS take animals from other states but won’t intake the ones from Portland? I’ve just always been curious about this because working at an animal hospital we try our best to direct clients with strays or giving up their own pets.

I wish Oregon cared and helped all animals they way they focus on dogs. So many cats, stray cat need help and no one is willing to help them. You call about a dog and they come rushing
