So I get the different rules. The rules change based on threat analysis. That’s why it’s different for different airports or even just different days. Still a really simple thing that would help everyone is to install large monitors so everyone can look up and see what the expectations for that check point are.

Precheck is always the same for me. I fly monthly and idk what people are talking about. Keep you stuff in the bag and put it in the bin and walk through. Maybe I’m missing things. Also shoes are always on

people tend to assume that because you're there that you have been through this process before 🤷🏻♂️. I just had similar experiences at hospitals after never going to one for like 35 years they just assumed I understood what was going on 😂😂😂. how can you be unfamiliar with something that I do every single day 😅

I was stopped and not allowed to go through security until I put my laptop into my bag. I was carrying it because there wasn’t room in my bag.

Agree… and they just stand at the end of the line and yell things out to cause huge anxiety, instead of having someone at the beginning of the line so you can prepare.
