I’ll never forget the one time I was in 6th grade sleeping over a friends house, our parents knew each other and I didn’t call my mom to check in, we were watching a movie with my friends mom and it was like midnight and my mom just showed up knocking on the door trying to bring me home. Because I didn’t check in.
