It's an expensive car to maintain, but somehow a lot of people buy them cheap because previous owner realised how costly they are so they sold it for good price. Now new owner has a car in desperate need of 4k worth of repairs

call BS, I’ve had three BMWs throughout my life. 2003 M3, 2014 328i, and now on my 2020 X4 M comp. No issues with any other then annual maintenance. M3 and 328i had over 250K miles before trading in.

Had BMW in my family for 5 decades and we never had issues with any of them ever. Incl 2 plug in hybrids. They are sophisticated cars. If you don’t know how to drive like a German, don’t drive a German car!

Once u hit 60,000 miles it’s time to get a new one. I only lease bmw and get a new one every 2 to 3 years never buying. No more paying thousands of dollars. No more headaches. I love the x7
