Don’t feel guilty, as a mom that has exclusively breastfed for 5 years, 3 kids, there is nothing wrong with using formula. Do whatever makes you feel better.

You needn't feel guilty! Adopted babies have thrived on formula for decades! He's gotten a lot of great nutrients from you, formula is fine. It changed my daughter's satisfaction and sleep.

My sister’s doctor told her sometimes the cordless pumping machines don’t help with production as well as the corded ones. I don’t know for sure but could be helpful to try a corded? Sorry about the thrush. You’ve got this!

Thrush is awful but so common and can happen more in humid states. Both my babies were formula fed for different reasons and they are very healthy and don't even remember it lol

I know the guilt from switching to formula is SO real but please take care of yourself and listen to your gut feeling ❤️I actually mixed formula with breatmilk for 6 months and it was exact’y what I needed

So baby’s thrush meds can go on the nipnops to help the painful stabby ouchies. Also, try switching to not a hands free pump. Sometimes they just aren’t quite enough. Try a manual pump if you’re not ready to make the switch, but also do not feel guilty! Do what’s best for you and your family.
