Print off an inventory check list so when she runs out of stuff, she had a list of what needs to be reordered/replaced, and stick the checklist sheet in the box

Add some Liquid IV or Pedialyte packets. Those are good for Rush, particularly if it’s hot, and for when she gets sick. As a mom to a college girl, I’d also replace the Afrin (rebound effect) with Flonase.

you should add a little cheat sheet! when to use what or where to start when not feeling well. also could include don’t take xyz when drinking, etc.! could help her to be safe when she’s feeling independent and doesn’t want to call mom first (or for a roommate of course) :)

I didn’t have a car my freshman year. My mom made me a box very similar to this, for when I didn’t feel well enough to walk to the store, and I was so thankful. I’ve been restocking and using it for almost 10 years. You can never be too prepared!

I’m also sending a box of pregnancy tests so that in case there’s a friend (or her) that thinks they need it but they’re too embarrassed to go buy one she will have one for anyone! I saw another mom add it to her daughter’s dorm stuff and I was like oh that’s a good idea! 💖

Nurse here: TYLENOL, Imodium, an ace bandage, liquid IV/waterboy/pedialyte packets, meds for a yeast infection/UTI, and this maybe a little controversial but just a cheap little pregnancy test (there are ones at Walmart for like $1) and a plan B! You just never know, something could happen to a friend and it’s just so good to have one just incase especially in college! YOU ARE LITERALLY AN AMAZING MOM BC EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING IS INCREDIBLE!!
