It probably is the closest cold foam to a real creme brulee! 🗒️This drink can be made hot / cold Egg Cream • 2 egg yolks, pasteurized • 1-2 Tbsp condensed milk, or to taste vanilla extract/ paste Vietnamese Egg Coffee • 1-2 Tbsp Robusta beans • Hot water, fill in the Phin Filter • Condensed milk • Egg Cream • sugar, sprinkle & caramelize #vietcoffee #eggcoffee #cremebrulee #eggfoam #eggfoamcoffee
