this is refreshing to hear as someone looking to get into the field. My ems job runs a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and I dont mind it at all, I miss stuff here and there but I feel if im not actively picking up OT I have plenty of time off to spend with family. The people saying there is no balance and its impossible to be LE with family are very loud online
