Some people find cold turkey works best. Treating it like a drug. The TikTok shoppers are like drug dealers, so you may have to block them all and just decide not to go inside of a TJ MAXX/Marshalls, etc. If you’re at the point where you can’t just watch live shopping without buying or just going inside the store without buying, try cold turkey for a month and see if that helps. Just a suggestion. But good for you for being brave and doing all of this!! Best of luck to ya!!
