I love these patches minus the mood one. I felt like the days I didn’t wear it I felt very off. Not sure if it’s the serotonin but the others I love and so far have seeing changes in appetite.

Make REALLY SURE you have low dopamine before you try anything. A prescribed dopamine med made me hallucinate, which is apparently what happens when your dopamine is already high. (I needed seratonin)
