Just sharing, the 10% nickel are bonded with alloy metal, not free metal. Even when u cook acidic food for a long time only relaese 1-40 micro gram of nickel compared to nuts,chocolates and oats contains 500 micro grams of nickel. Your food themselves have more nickel than your pan 😂.

I LOVE my 18/0 homichef pan from Amazon it really never sticks and when it does it cleans sooo easily with water, and was only like $30

I’m going to switch over as a dental biocompatibility test resulted I’m reactive to nickel. I’ve been watching vids on how to cook using them. You have to get it hot enough so water beads and dances as it evaporates. Now I need to research how to safely clean.
