I understand people not realising how it works, but if you explain “you take 8 hours, your sister 2, you can’t swap without telling me”, that’s it. It’s easy. Customers want to complain for the sake of complaining.

I’m a receptionist at a doggie hair salon so not exactly the same however I do have clients like this 😭 No we cannot “just squeeze in” the doodle you refuse to brush that hasn’t been to the groomer since last summer 😭😭

I can switch appointments with my brother cause we tend to get the same service (cut and beard trimming) BUT THINKING IT IS OK TO SWAP AN EIGHT HOUR AND A TEO HOUR SERVICE IS INSANE 😂😂😂

I can’t believe how people treat their hair stylists, especially when it comes to their time. If you make an 8 hr appointment you should realize that you are the only person that the stylist is going to see, which is a full day of work for most people
