Absolutely not! People who f’ing paid! to have their bags transported have to deal with this? I’d be f’ing furious! Call them and ask for e-credits! I did for my flight out of FL last November and it almost paid for my flight to SF last month.

Delta Employee here .. He could’ve parked the cart closer for sure! But also ya’ll have to understand each bag has a different weight .. sometimes it’s hard to pack neatly and softly when bags almost weigh 60-80lbs sometimes & even at that meet the speed of the belt loader.. guaranteed it can be done better but we do about 11-12 flights a day minimum 50 bags each ! so image that .. BUT THE CART COULDVE BEEN PLACED CLOSER ! & BAGS COULD BE HANDLED BETTER!

I worked the ramp for many years.... it is actually harder to just throw bag like this than actually placing them correctly. I always knew passengers were watching and would treat the bag how i would want it treated. please reach out to Delta!!!
