So as a personal trainer, I get a lot of clients from online well one client I will not speak her name, but she came into my gym and I literally had no idea who she was or who she was there at my gym for… And then she said to me, I have an appointment with you. I know I don’t look at anything like my pictures online. My first thought was I feel like I would be so embarrassed to not look like the picture I posted and for other people not to recognize me when I was out and about I don’t know that’s just my thing I would feel very embarrassed to not look like my pictures.
