@barbihayden: My go-to superfood smoothie using the Bloom Mango flavor: 1 cup coconut milk or water 2 tablespoons of honey 1 scoop of bloom mango 3 handfuls of spinach 1 cup of “seal the seasons” smoothie kit from Sprouts- Blue Spirulina Tropical blend (If you don’t have this available- just add a mix of tropical frozen fruit including banana, pineapple, peaches and mango) Blend and add coconut milk or water till you like the consistency.
