hope u see my comment. i just got my cat spayed and 7 days after getting discharged from the vet her tummy suddenly looked bloated until now but she still has appetite. its been a month. do you mind telling me the texture of ur cat's tummy when it was bloated? thankss!

Please have your checked for hyperthyroidism. If the thyroid is awol is can wreak havoc on other organs like kidneys and stomach.

I just took my sweet gal to the vet because of this. She wasn’t eating right and was hiding from me. Every time I picked her up she would meow angrily at me. They found fluid in her abdomen and X-rays and blood work aren’t showing anything in particular so they are doing emergency surgery on her tomorrow. I hope your kitty is okay!
