TO EVERYONE: This isn’t raw. It may appear that way but it’s totally cooked though. It’s cooked first with a sous vide machine which takes many hours but it brings it to the perfect temperature and since it’s slow cooked it makes the meat super tender. They then bread it and fry it and serve it with their signature tonkatsu sauce. Cooking things sous vide style may give certain meats a slightly raw look but it’s totally cooked through☺️
