So somebody calls somebody that means that you as an individuals on a public sidewalk will lose all your constitutional rights and the loss don’t mean anything at that time. The loss will be what the police officers make it to be.

Police having a policy of making a report trumps the world according to police. Even mentally ill people can just call anonymously and you will lose your constitutional rise and police officers become Almighty.
