love the explanation! i want to ask, if i already scanned all the tax-free receipts at the kiosk like the ones you show in the video (they have kiosk like that at nyunyu and other places), and already got my refund by cash or credit card, do i still need to do something at the airport?? do i still need to bring the stuff and all the receipts?? thank you in advance!!!

The city where I live I checked and we don’t seem to have kiosks that convert KRW-GBP and vice versa. At Incheon, are there kiosks where I can convert back? Since the kiosks don’t refund in GBP
